 One interest of this SIG is seeing organisations as social communities,​ thereby allowing for a convergence between management systems/​cybernetic theory and sociology. Another concerns the change imperative for autonomous organisations in a complex world (more on this can be found at the Journal of Organisational Transformation and Social Change ).
